An animated heart with a live EKG for explaining rhythms at the bedside. Start in normal sinus rhythm, then switch to atrial fibrillation, flutter, SVT, heart block, ventricular tachycardia, pacemakers and more: each one marks where the rogue signal starts and shows how it travels through the heart, with pause and slow motion for talking it through. Plain-language notes on symptoms, risk factors and treatment sit below the animation, and Shock and Adenosine buttons show what the treatments do.
A plain baby tracker for the newborn weeks: nursing with a timer that tells you which side to start on, bottles in oz or mL, diapers, pumping, and weight, length and head circumference. Totals for today, the last 24 hours and a 7-day daily average, a growth chart, and CSV export for the pediatrician. Both parents can share one log across their phones, and it works offline. No insights, no ads, no subscription.
Type in a glasses prescription — sphere, cylinder and axis, plus pupil size and how hard the eye is focusing — and see roughly what the uncorrected eye sees: a Snellen chart drawn at true angular sizes, a landscape, or your own photo, with a draggable corrected/uncorrected split. Built to understand a toddler's astigmatism script; the blur is real geometric optics rendered in WebGL, not a stock filter.
An Alt1 app for RuneScape 3. It reads the Trail Complete! window off the screen and works out whether the casket is worth spending a re-roll token on, using the value distribution for that clue tier rather than a rule of thumb.
An Alt1 app for RuneScape 3. Pick a skill and a goal — fastest XP, AFK, or profit — and it lays out the wiki's training methods for your level: the gear worth bringing, the unlocks you're missing, and every training spot on a map with the game's teleport network overlaid, so the quickest way there is obvious. Reads all 29 of your levels straight off the skills panel.
An Alt1 checklist for RuneScape 3's dailies, weeklies and monthlies — rebuilt for the game after the March 2026 DailyScape Overhaul. Checkboxes reset themselves on game time, and typing your RSN filters the list to what your account can actually do (quests via RuneMetrics, levels via hiscores). Each task carries its requirements, tips, a map pin with the nearest teleports, and live extras like this week's circus location. Custom timers cover herb runs and everything else without a fixed reset.
An Alt1 app for RuneScape 3. Type your RSN once and pick a combat style or a gathering skill: it works out the best gear your account can wear right now, slot by slot with Grand Exchange prices, then lists the upgrades you're locked out of only by a quest or a one-off unlock — never by levels, because that's just training. Covers melee, ranged, magic and necromancy, the tools for Mining, Woodcutting and Archaeology, and the slayer helmet line.
An Alt1 app for RuneScape 3's Invention skill. Discovering a blueprint means dragging five modules into a hidden "perfect" order with only a vague rating to go on. Prototyper watches the module row and the rating, works out which orders are still possible, and boxes the two modules to swap next, right on top of the game — about 7 swaps to Perfect on average instead of 26 by trial and error.
The teleport markers on the RuneApps RS3 world map only show a menu option number when you hover them, which makes a Digsite pendant and a Skills necklace impossible to tell apart. A searchable key to all 107 icons, plus a Tampermonkey script that rewrites every marker's tooltip to say what it actually is.
